Manu Learning Centre

Our Biological Station

The Manu Learning Centre is a 643-hectare private reserve in the heart of Manu Biosphere Reserve, buffer zone of the Manu National Park. It is a research, education, and sustainable tourism facility.

It is living proof that after more than 40 years of non-extractive activities, and more than 18 years of conservation work this unique landscape can recover and be sustainable. It is home and base to one of the longest-running and largest biodiversity studies in the Amazon, with scientific data collected on key indicator species since 2003.
